Rosewood Art Studio reserves the right to cancel services or financial transactions based on abuse or nonconformity to Rosewood Art Studio policies.

The Rosewood Art Studio logo and the Muddle Headed Girl and Muddle Headed Boy are copyrighted and trademarked to Rosewood Art Studio 2025 and no reproductions, digital or physical, are allowed under any conditions unless expressly put in writing by Rosewood Art Studio.  They may not be used for any commercial or non-commercial use. All violations will be vigorously pursued.

Due to how individual computers and phones are color calibrated, the actual color(s) of Rosewood art may not be represented exactly.  If disputes arise between the Studio and its customers, all attempts will be made to satisfy the customer withing reason and ability. 

Any disputes that arise about the color, quality or collectability of Rosewood art, if unable to be rectified, will be settled in the best judgement of Rosewood Art Studio.
